The Senior International Regulatory Affairs Manager at The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) leads regulatory content development and global engagement to advance USP's standards worldwide.

You will translate scientific and regulatory information into practical policy resources for regulators across regions, aligning with enterprise priorities and building a Regulators Forum. Reporting to the VP of International Government & Regulatory Affairs, this individual contributor role requires strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in regulatory intelligence, regulatory affairs or public health with international experience.
• Experience with science-based organizations in health/public policy settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory policy making and analysis; capable of policy briefs and positions.
• Ability to translate scientific information into clear, audience-tailored content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across cultures.
• Strong writing and analytical capabilities; capable of synthesis and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy evidence-based regulatory content aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate with global teams to tailor content for regional regulators.
• Lead planning and management of a global Regulators Forum for dialogue and knowledge exchange.
• Provide targeted country-level support as needed.
