Job summary

BD is seeking an Regulatory Affairs Associate Director, Globalization to lead and harmonize global product registration and regulatory strategies. Based at our USA location in Franklin Lakes, NJ, you will partner with business units and regional teams to drive scalable processes and compliant market access.

The role requires a proven leadership track record, technical regulatory expertise, and the ability to coach diverse teams across the RA function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory intelligence and governance related to global product registration to interpret and execute on global regulatory requirements.
• Own and standardize global regulatory registration processes, driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
