Job summary

EcoEngineers seeks a Global Practice Leader – Regulated Markets to drive market access and value creation in regulated sustainability markets. You will lead a consulting practice, translate regulatory complexity into clear client pathways, and deliver monetization strategies across global programs.

You will guide ROI-focused advisory work, support growth initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale delivery and thought leadership within Eco’s regulatory client services.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in regulated markets, compliance, trading, or related commercial roles.
• Deep knowledge of global clean fuel regulations (RFS, LCFS, CFP, RED) and their market access and pricing implications.
• Experience advising clients or supporting market-facing, revenue-generating strategies.
• Strong ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into commercial outcomes.
• Strong vision of the future of the knowledge economy and how a consulting practice can navigate it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Eco’s Market Access offering focusing on regulated markets such as RFS, LCFS, CFR, RED and emerging programs.
• Serve as Eco’s authority on regulated carbon/sustainability markets with emphasis on knowledge delivery, market mechanics and monetization strategies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into pricing, incentives, and competitive positioning.
• Advise clients on market access, incentive qualification, pricing dynamics, and commercialization strategy.
• Share insights on regulatory risk, competitive positioning, and market opportunities.
• Develop tools and frameworks like ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and market readiness programs.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership for business development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent Eco externally through thought leadership and stakeholder relationships.
• Support operations and delivery teams with subject matter expertise and scalable delivery models.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate expertise into scalable delivery.
