Keywords Studios is seeking a Pharmaceutical Inventory Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to manage the lifecycle of reference standards used globally, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role encompasses inventory control, material movement, and disaster preparedness within CRSO for pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities include processing orders, conducting physical inventories, and coordinating with shipping and QA to maintain high standards of accuracy and traceability.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree (in chemistry or related field) or equivalent pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Clerical and laboratory experience helpful.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end reference standard inventory lifecycle (>1.5M containers, ~5000 transactions annually).
• Serve as first point of contact for reference standard inventory issues.
• Process receipt of incoming materials and conduct periodic inventories.
• Manage Material Preservation Program and monitor space optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with shipping dock, handle COAs, MSDS, and order tracking.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, guidance documents, and process improvements.
