Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior Real Estate professional to lead end-to-end transactions and optimise a global portfolio. Based in the United States, you will partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and technical teams to align real estate decisions with business and sustainability goals.

You will manage acquisitions, disposals, leases, and asset performance across offices, R&D, production, and logistics sites, ensuring value creation and cross-border coordination.

Formación

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Commercial Real Estate, ideally in Investments, Transaction Management, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Advisory.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solid understanding of real estate asset management and valuations.
• Proven track record of executing leasing, acquisition, or disposal transactions across asset types and geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and functions.
• Academic degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Business-fluent English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and portfolio optimization initiatives
• Oversee lifecycle of Siemens Healthineers owned and leased assets from requirements to handover
• Drive asset performance through reviews, sustainability and value enhancement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Tax, Finance, and technical experts)
• Prepare investment cases and business plans for approvals
• Support strategic portfolio reviews and investment decisions
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and reporting to senior management
• Develop market insights and relationships with brokers and advisors
• Contribute to process excellence and digital initiatives
