Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Transactions professional to join the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Asset Management & Transaction team. You will manage acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and portfolio optimization across a global office, R&D, production and logistics portfolio.
You will partner with Legal, Tax, Finance and technical teams to drive asset performance, sustainability, and value.
Competenze
- 5–7 years in Commercial Real Estate, investments, asset or transaction management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience executing leasing, acquisitions or disposals across geographies.
Mansioni
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and portfolio optimization.
- Oversee lifecycle of assets from requirements through fit-out to handover to user.
- Drive asset performance, ESG and sustainability across owned and leased assets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Legal, Tax, Finance, technical experts.
- Prepare investment cases, business plans and management-approved documents.
