Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG seeks an experienced real estate professional to lead end-to-end transactions and optimize a global asset portfolio. You will coordinate legal, tax, finance, and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business and sustainability goals.

You will drive market insights, evaluate investments, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership, while maintaining strong stakeholder relations across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Commercial Real Estate (investments, transaction management, asset management, acquisitions, or advisory).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with understanding of asset management, transactions and valuation.
• Proven track record executing leasing, acquisition, or disposal transactions across asset types and geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to partner across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Oversee full lifecycle of owned and leased assets from business requirements through handover to user.
• Drive asset performance, sustainability, and value across a global portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Tax, Finance, technical experts) for transactions.
• Prepare investment cases, business plans, and decisions for management approval.
• Support strategic portfolio reviews and align with global real estate strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Develop market insights and relationships with brokers, investors, and advisors.
• Contribute to process excellence and digital initiatives within Asset Management & Transaction.
