Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business or related field.
• 5 years of Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience in office leasing, asset management, capital planning or property management.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Execute real estate strategies, site selections, and transaction management initiatives.
• Partner with internal business units to align real estate strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with finance and business unit leaders to analyze and report on annual transaction performance.
• Lead end-to-end transaction management, including broker selection, market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations.
• Direct broker selection, market analysis, and coordinate key documentation (RFPs, LOIs, market reports).
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, legal counsel, and external service providers.
• Ensure contracted facility services align with corporate policies and standards.
• Collect and analyze real estate data to produce actionable performance insights and portfolio reports.
• Partner with leaders to design space planning, occupancy, and move strategies.
• Partner with business leaders on space planning, occupancy and move strategies.
• Support special projects and strategic business cases across real estate and facilities.
