Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, is seeking a Business Initiatives & Insights Manager to join the Real Estate team in Newark/NY. The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, improving information management, and partnering with the COO to drive automation and efficiency across global operations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 5 years of related experience in project management or consulting within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years in a project management or management consulting role within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and translate business strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management execution for global strategic initiatives.
• Provide PM discipline and structure; maintain project plans, issues lists, meeting agendas/notes, and action trackers using Microsoft tools.
• Create high-quality decks and messaging to articulate strategy and enable decision-making.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive issue resolution across functions.
• Deliver actionable business insights that highlight opportunities and inform decisions.
• Support business engagement through transparent communication and targeted training.
• Build knowledge of real estate products, systems, and operations to drive initiative progress.
• Understand internal and external data sources to improve data flows and system infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Technology to define requirements, assess costs, and manage implementation plans.
