Wahed is seeking an Associate, Asset Management to steward a growing real estate portfolio across the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and the United States. You will stabilize assets, manage property managers, and drive performance while coordinating with Finance and cross‑functional teams to deliver investor distributions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, attention to detail, and a willingness to work across regions with a remote team in a fast‑growing fintech real estate operation.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, real estate finance, or related operations.
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable with P&Ls, budgets, cash flow, reserves, and investor distributions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and data-to-insight reporting.

Responsibilities

• Post-acquisition stabilization of newly acquired properties, ensuring insurance, utilities, and operations are in place.
• Coordinate onboarding and monitoring of third‑party property managers across UK, Malaysia, and US.
• Maximize rental yield and asset performance by monitoring rent collection, occupancy, and leasing velocity.
• Ensure property-level financials are prepared accurately and on time; track payments and investor distributions.
• Assist in quarterly investor communications and cross‑functional collaboration across regions.
• Contribute to playbooks, checklists, and AI-enabled workflows to scale operations.
