Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4+ years in a fast-paced role, preferably in sustainability for real assets with global exposure.
• Experience mentoring juniors and coordinating external consultants is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics like energy, climate risk, and reporting standards (PRI, GRESB, SFDR).

Responsabilités

• Strategy: Implement Sustainability strategies across the global Real Assets portfolio (90% real estate).
• Integration: Lead cross-functional integration of sustainability practices across investment lifecycle.
• Asset-Level Implementation: Develop asset-level action plans with asset management and partners.
• Data & Reporting: Oversee data collection, validation, and external reporting aligned with GRESB, SFDR, and other standards.
• Investor Engagement: Prepare responses to sustainability inquiries and investor meetings materials.
• Climate Risk & Regulation: Conduct asset-level risk assessments and keep abreast of evolving regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Lead councils and train investment teams on sustainability topics.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio teams; manage consultants.
