Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Readiness & Resilience Lead, assigned to a specific client, to develop and maintain comprehensive emergency management tools, templates, and planning frameworks for the Americas region, while ensuring global consistency with the organization’s preparedness and response processes.

The role provides leadership and coordination during incidents and partners with multiple stakeholders to ensure standardized, scalable readiness materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Disaster Management, Public Safety, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of leading an Emergency Operations Center within an ICS structure.
• CEM or ABCP preferred, regional certifications accepted.
• Knowledge of geopolitical, environmental, and technological hazards across the Americas.
• Ability to design and facilitate tabletop drills and comprehensive training programs.
• Experience auditing enterprise-wide emergency management programs.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
• Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Develop and maintain enterprise emergency management tools, templates, and planning frameworks.
• Oversee the execution of the emergency management program in the Americas region.
• Ensure regional emergency management work aligns with broader preparedness and response processes.
• Provide leadership in enterprise-level response coordination during incidents and crisis activations.
• Partner with RSMs, GSOC, Safety, Business Continuity, Communications, and other stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned back into plans, tools, and processes.
