Job summary

Base’s Global Supply Manager will build from the ground up the raw and bulk materials category, starting with adhesives, TIM, potting compounds, chemicals, and paint and expanding to lithium, graphite, steel, aluminum, and copper. You’ll own supplier selection, pricing, and production support, and partner with Metals and Cells leads to align strategy.

• Experience owning a raw or bulk materials category.
• Ability to build sourcing strategy from scratch.
• Strong understanding of commodity market dynamics and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial sourcing for adhesives, TIM, potting compounds, chemicals, and paint.
• Develop upstream raw materials strategy to support scaling.
• Define and implement pricing, supplier selection, and production support.
• Collaborate with Metals, Cells, and Manufacturing Engineering.
