Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Manager of Radiation Safety to oversee the corporate Radiation Protection programs for Sterigenics. This role involves ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations globally while providing training and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities include supporting licensing requirements, conducting inspections, and managing incident investigations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in Radiation Safety, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in Radiation Safety and Radiation Licensing requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, state, and local Radiation Safety related regulations.
• Experience in compliance requirements related to NRC 10 CFR Part 36 and 37.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing implementation of the Corporate EH&S and Radiation Safety System.
• Provide training and training materials for required safety topics.
• Conduct incident investigations and assist in incident tracking.
