Sotera Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at Sterigenics U.S. LLC in the United States. The role oversees all quality functions at the facility, ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, USDA and NRC regulations and coordinating internal and external audits.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement, data analysis, corrective actions, and effective communication with management and corporate Quality. Leadership of QA/Validations staff and adherence to SOPs are essential.

The QA Manager maintains responsibility for all aspects connected with compliance, including the development, analysis and reporting of support data for regulatory agencies and Corporate Quality. In addition, they are responsible for addressing all quality issues in a timely fashion and communicating that information to the site as required.
