Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in automotive or global OEMs.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with 3D-CAD software and electro-mechanical product development.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and design-for-six-sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Project management from idea to series production, meeting quality, cost and time goals.
• Lead cross-functional project teams; manage stakeholder communications.
• Define and track progress; prepare meetings and reports.
• Oversee risk management, FMEA, and design-for-six-sigma deliverables.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for sample parts and pilot runs.
• Develop contacts with customers/partners and support global Head R&D.
