Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in global regulatory policy, regulatory strategy, or related biopharmaceutical work
• Demonstrated enterprise leadership and ability to influence across regions and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strategic judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead the GRPI function and be accountable for strategy, priorities, operating model, talent, resources, external influence, and impact
• Set the enterprise regulatory policy agenda and determine prioritization and escalation decisions
• Oversee Global Regulatory Asset Policy and Global R&D Policy as complementary capabilities and ensure they inform enterprise priorities
