Job summary

A premier Global Innovation Center in Thompson’s Station, TN, is seeking a Laboratory Associate. In this role, you will conduct laboratory experiments, assist scientists in analyses, and maintain a state-of-the-art facility. Candidates should have technical education in Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry and hands-on knowledge of laboratory procedures. Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of routine laboratory procedures, aseptic techniques, and tool management obtained through work or academic experience.
• Previous experience in an R&D or quality testing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments to verify specifications of various substances.
• Assist senior scientists in collecting samples and performing analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations.
• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
