Qualifications
- Ph.D. preferred; M.S. required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Surfactant Science.
- 15+ years of progressive R&D leadership in consumer cleaners.
- Proven success leading global product development.
- Experience commercializing cleaning, detergent, home care, institutional, or related products.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and global portfolios.
- Strong track record translating technology into profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategically lead global cleaners technology roadmap and innovation.
- Oversee ideation, development, scale-up, and launches.
- Lead global R&D teams and talent development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and substantiation of claims.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Drive growth via cost optimization and performance improvements.
