The role requires close collaboration with Germany-based Controlling colleagues in a global team.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, FP&A, or Finance.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a global team.
• Ability to work on-site in Uvalde, TX with cross-location support.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, cost and headcount controlling, financial reporting, analysis, and accruals.
• Serve as on-site Controlling partner for the Uvalde Proving Grounds team and support US R&D.
• Provide cross-location Controlling support to Auburn Hills and Fort Mill teams.
• Translate R&D activities into financial insights and support informed decisions.
