Job summary

Continental in the United States is seeking an R&D Controlling Analyst to partner with the Uvalde Proving Grounds and support Auburn Hills, MI and Fort Mill, SC. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to ensure financial transparency for US R&D across locations.

The role requires understanding R&D activities, translating data into insights, challenging assumptions, and collaborating with the global Controlling team in Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in Controlling, Accounting, FP&A, or Finance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, cost and headcount controlling, financial reporting and analysis and accruals.
• Provide on-site Controlling support to Uvalde Proving Grounds and multi-location US R&D teams.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and support informed decision-making across locations.
