Job summary

The Jackson Laboratory is seeking a senior Quality leader to harmonize practices across JAX locations worldwide, drive change, and implement quality improvements.

You will develop and execute global strategies to enhance process efficiency, mitigate risk, and oversee audits, deviation reviews, CAPA, document control, and change management.

This role requires leading the Quality team, training staff, and reshaping quality culture across the organization, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of quality experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QbD principles.
• Experience with risk management tools and internal/external audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct quality organization and harmonize practices across JAX locations.
• Develop and execute global quality strategies to enhance process efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Oversee audits, deviation reviews, CAPA facilitation, and change management.
• Coach and lead the Quality team in industry best practices and quality culture reforms.
• Collaborate across locations; travel up to 10%.
• Proactively analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvements.
