Job summary

You will define short- and long-term strategies for the Jacksonville facility, supervise quality inspection and testing, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Franchise QA, and cross-functional teams to align resources and goals.

The role requires extensive FDA/Notified Body experience, 15 years in Med Devices or Pharma, and at least 7 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering required.
• Experience with FDA/Notified Body agencies and regulatory submissions.
• 15+ years in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sector with 7+ years in management and 5+ years in Quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Jacksonville Quality Operations and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Host for 3rd party audits and participate in Quality Boards and Reviews.
• Develop site quality strategy as a partner to Supply Chain and Franchise QA; influence global goals.
• Report to Executive Management on QMS effectiveness and drive improvement.
