Job summary

The Jackson Laboratory seeks a senior quality leader to harmonize practices across JAX locations worldwide. You will develop and execute JAX-wide strategies to enhance process efficiency, mitigate risk, and oversee audits, CAPA, document control, and change management.

Remote role with travel to JAX sites; ideal candidates located on the east coast. Key responsibilities include leading the Quality team, driving industry best practices, and reshaping quality culture across the global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years experience in quality
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Expertise with FMEA, pFMEA, RCA, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with MSA/Gauge R&R and quality metrics
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and CV requirements
• Strong understanding of QbD and stage-gate product development
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Quality certifications (CQA, CQM/OE) a plus
• Experience in pharma/biotech regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead change across multi-site environments
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term process development and improvement strategy for quality across the global organization
• Identify and analyze quality data to drive risk-based decisions and risk mitigation
• Implement continuous quality improvements to reduce complexity and increase productivity
• Propagate a high-quality process development policy across the organization
• Define QA/QS subset strategy for global team
• Lead implementation of quality and regulatory software systems
• Coach and lead the quality personnel across locations
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and industry engagement
• Other duties as assigned
