Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Quality Systems Director to provide enterprise leadership for our global QMS, strengthening governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness across MiniMed. This senior role drives QMS strategy, training governance, and continual improvement while partnering with senior leaders to identify risks and build scalable quality systems.

You will oversee the implementation across all QMS entities, ensure inspection readiness, and lead a global Quality Systems

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 10+ years of quality systems experience and 7+ years in people management
• Advanced Degree with 8+ years quality systems experience and 7+ years people management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leads the Global Quality Management System framework ensuring governance and compliance
• Establishes metrics to evaluate QMS effectiveness and drive continual improvement
• Directs the global quality training governance program and ensures competency alignment
• Oversees QMS change management processes across impacted organizations
• Leads QMS assessments of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Drives harmonization and alignment of quality system requirements globally
• Develops quality objectives and executive dashboards for leadership visibility
• Ensures audit readiness and represents the organization during regulatory inspections
• Chairs cross-functional governance forums on quality system maturity
• Builds and develops a global Quality Systems organization with adequate resources
