Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior QMS Specialist in Los Angeles to lead quality management system changes aligning with regulatory expectations. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, CAPA, Supplier Quality, Audit, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems, including Change Management, Continuous Improvement and CAPA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and drive QMS changes to support product and process releases.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization as a quality partner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support day-to-day activities and long-term goals.
• Contribute to QMS quality via process improvements and documentation.
• Support quality metrics reviews and audit readiness.
