Job summary

Spectrum Brands, in Middleton, WI, seeks a Global Quality Leader to drive the quality function for HPC appliances. This executive will own the global QA system, lead regional teams, govern regulatory compliance, and partner with NPD to mitigate quality risks across products including major brands.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, ISO 13485 experience, and strong leadership to ensure product safety and quality across NA, EU, and Asia markets. On-site position based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of quality/operations experience in consumer products.
• Experience with ISO 13485 quality systems preferred.
• Regulatory programs spanning NA, EU and Asia knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own global QA system as single process owner for quality standards and procedures.
• Lead EMEA quality team and set strategic direction for PEC and regional teams.
• Ensure product quality metrics are established and met for new products.
• Oversee regulatory scanning for safety, chemicals, packaging and right-to-repair.
• Provide oversight for lab and contract manufacturing QC activities.
• Collaborate with NPD to deploy quality risk tools and process capability.
