Spectrum Brands seeks a global Quality leader to direct the HPC quality function across development, manufacture, and sourcing for leading brands. You will own quality standards, regulatory intelligence, and compliance governance while coordinating regional teams in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

You will drive product safety, supplier quality, and post-market improvements, partnering with NPD and Legal to ensure timely certifications and recalls decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of quality/operations experience.
• Experience with consumer products and design/manufacturing processes preferred.
• ISO 13485 leadership experience preferred.
• Global regulatory and compliance program ownership across NA, EU, Asia.

Aufgaben

• Own the global QA system for HPC as process owner.
• Lead regional quality and compliance teams (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
• Define product quality metrics for new products.
• Monitor regulatory horizon scanning for safety and conformity.
• Oversee contract testing labs and contract manufacturers.
• Drive cost of quality reductions globally.
• Ensure regulatory declarations and certifications are met.
