Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified Quality Digital Solutions Lead to digitize quality operations, train users, and drive continuous improvement across Flow Controls sites.

The role requires a strong foundation in ISO9001, PowerBI, Power Automate, Oracle, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. This position is based in the United States and involves implementing scalable digital tools to streamline quality processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years
Basic understanding of ISO9001 quality program requirements, auditing knowledge and participation
Proven ability to identify business process improvement opportunities and deploy digital or automated solutions
Experience developing and delivering training for new processes, systems, or tools
Basic knowledge of FCV Oracle global design
Knowledge of other business unit processes, systems, standards and practices relevant to QMS
Fundamental knowledge of PowerBI and Power Automate
Experience with Oracle item definition, part serialization, receiving, inspection and nonconforming material processes
Fundamental supplier qualification process knowledge
Experience with PED, NQA-1, RCC-M, ISO19443
Legally authorized to work in the United States
No current or future work authorization sponsorship required

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to digitize quality operations and find solutions
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to determine needs from digital solutions
Develop tools or work with Enterprise resources or vendors to develop options
Establish and execute implementation plans
Provide regular updates to interested parties on digital tool status
Train users and develop training tools for long-term sustainability
Update other Final Control Business Units on progress and standardization opportunities
Automate dashboarding to reduce the quality organization’s administrative workload
Advocate for continuous improvement
Review software and hardware options, recommend solutions, develop tools, and roll them out across Flow Controls sites

Fundamental knowledge of PowerBI and Power Automate and a desire to keep up with the latest trends in automation
Experience with Oracle item definition, part serialization, receiving, inspection and nonconforming material processes
Fundamental supplier qualification process knowledge
Experience with applicable codes and standards such as PED, NQA-1, RCC-M, ISO19443
