Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–5 years of related experience.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data.
• Proficient in computer applications and ability to perform complex tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to present information clearly to various audiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of IQA Receiving and Quality Operations.
• Provide 24-hour support for quality issues.
• Lead and train staff to achieve goals and customer demands.
• Oversee inspections, batch records, and quality events.
• Coordinate with Project Management for new product development.
• Prepare periodic reports on department activities and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with PCI policies and regulatory requirements.
