Job summary

Power Connector, LLC is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen the internal Quality Management System and optimize manufacturing processes. You will develop, implement, and sustain quality controls, documentation, and supplier quality initiatives.

Key focus areas include improving process stability, conducting analyses, and supporting new product introductions with robust QA methods. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards; AS9100 preferred.
• Proficient in using inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with quality personnel at customer and supplier levels.
• Read blueprints, data, manuals to determine specs and inspection procedures.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and classify products by size, weight, or color.
• Record inspection data and maintain QC documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment.
• Develop and conduct analyses for internal/external validation testing.
• Create and manage nonconformance and corrective action processes.
