Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned quality leader in the Supply Chain - Product Quality group to define and drive multi-year strategies across the product lifecycle, from design gate to aftermarket service.

You will lead initiatives to improve product reliability, manufacturing yield, and operational efficiency on a global scale, partnering with international deployment teams and leadership to align quality metrics with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, CMQ or CQA certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in data management and statistical analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy across the product lifecycle from design gate to aftermarket service.
• Drive systemic improvements in KPIs for product reliability, yield, and operational efficiency globally.
• Collaborate with Systems Integration stakeholders and international deployment teams to align quality metrics with business needs.
• Enforce field deployment processes and verify process capability.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues impacting deployments.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence using data analysis and quality tools.
