Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Quality Director at corporate headquarters in Carol Stream, IL to drive the QA strategy across the organization and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. The role partners with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain and global facilities to elevate quality performance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in quality, ASQ certifications, and strong project management; frequent, but manageable international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• ASQ certifications in CMQ/OE or CQE, and Six Sigma Black/Green Belt desirable.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy across multiple functions to improve FPY, COPQ and warranty costs.
• Develop and maintain inspection reports from incoming to final inspection; include audits.
• Drive 8D-based root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead international travel to suppliers/facilities (China/India) up to 15%; domestic travel 5%.
• Ensure compliance with CE, NSF, ETL, UL, CSA, EPA, OSHA and related standards.
• Oversee quality, maintenance and custodial teams; provide leadership.
