Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Co-Op in the Global Quality department at our Princeton, NJ site. The six-month program runs from late May 2027 to year-end, exposing you to leadership, professional development, and cross-functional networking.

You will work on CAPA activities, root-cause investigations, and quality improvements across Contract Manufacturing and other teams, while developing essential skills in data analysis and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate pursuing engineering or technical discipline with at least three years of coursework completed (rising senior).
• Willingness to learn and interface with multiple platforms and reports, and to work collaboratively with the business.
• Ability and interest in a three-day-per-week hybrid schedule in Princeton, NJ.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Minitab).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CAPA activities to drive timelines and ensure robust improvements are implemented.
• Assist root cause investigations and establish corrective action plans and continuous improvement steps with our contract manufacturing platform.
• Assist with defective component, graphic, and formula evaluations as part of CAPA investigation steps.
• Provide critical communication to internal partners (OPS, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales) with quality issue occurrences and remediation plans.
• Monitor and communicate KPI metrics with CAPA deliverables and identify problem areas to drive improvement plans.
• Process, analyze, and report on statistical data from manufacturing, monitoring and measurement sources.
• Research manufacturing processes and propose improvements, especially in inline detection and monitoring technology.
• Assist with gathering status updates from key contract manufacturer improvement plans.
• Provide general project assistance to the Global Quality Team.
