Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern - Global Quality Management System to support the Global QMS team in advancing quality transformation initiatives and deploying digital quality tools. You will gain hands-on experience in governance, digitalization, change management, and analytics within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to analyze data and present information clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a global cross-functional team.
• Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for at least one semester after the internship.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global QMS team through project management, data analytics, and change management activities.
• Assist in collection, analysis, and reporting of digital quality tool adoption metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor user adoption, change readiness, and training effectiveness across sites.
• Participate in user feedback activities to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Help develop training materials, user guides, job aids, and communication campaigns for digital quality systems.
• Coordinate global rollout activities and document status regularly.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, and site representatives to support deployment and adoption of quality tools.
• Track adoption risks, monitor feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in special projects related to digital transformation and workflow automation.
