Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc. seeks a QMS Auditor to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of our Quality Management Systems across multiple sites. The role involves risk assessment, corrective action follow‑through, and clear communication with leadership.

Travel up to 10% is required, including potential visits to manufacturing facilities in Mexico. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2–5 years of auditing experience are preferred, with ISO/AS/ IATF knowledge valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of quality auditing experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering.
• Experience with manufacturing, quality systems, or internal auditing environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and/or IATF16949 standards.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including Mexico.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Internal Audit Execution & Compliance Evaluation across units and sites.
• QMS Effectiveness & Risk Assessment to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Corrective Action Monitoring & Verification for nonconformances.
• Audit Reporting & Communication to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support organizational quality and compliance initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
