Your Role:

Global QC Labs Performance and Data Analytics Lead is responsible for leading, creating and developing the tools to support the strategic direction of the Global QC CoE. This involves supporting a team of subject matter experts to create a best in class QC Lab network. You will establish and develop QC efficiency and responsiveness by implementing global performance metrics, optimized scheduling practices for inclusion into Global Deployment Programs, and create capacity management tools to enable identification of internal site opportunities across the global network as well as establish global network lab benchmarking opportunities. You will identify and reduce bottlenecks and build the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the network.

You will establish a consistent performance measurement governance and develop visualization tools to support KPI’s and performance discussions for the Global QC CoE. Additionally, you will support data analytics and visualization tools for other key Global QC Lab CoE functions such as consumable and equipment optimization, test method harmonization and capacity models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Design, implement, and monitor global performance management frameworks that track and evaluate key performance metrics across QC Labs.
  • Performance Reviews and Governance: Develop and facilitate global governance for strategy and performance reviews to align with key stakeholder updates. Create standardized agendas allowing effective reviews, allows feedback for continuous improvement updates and to recognize success.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards for executive leadership, providing insights into business performance, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Data Analytics: Lead data analytics efforts to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets, using analytics tools and techniques to generate insights for business optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with different teams (finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure data and performance alignment across business units.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree engineering, quality management, chemistry or other related field
  • 10+ years professional experience, which includes 5+ years of experience in operations, in quality, R&D, or manufacturing
  • Up to 25% travel, both domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s in Quality Management
  • Great organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actions and insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Smart Sheet, etc.)
  • Experience in operational excellence, LEAN, continuous improvement and lab excellence including project management and execution

Pay Range for this position: $155,800 - $233,800

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
