The candidate will oversee data integrity, CAPA, audits, and regulatory compliance. The position requires extensive QA leadership, cGMP/GLP knowledge, and a track record in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• This role requires leading QA oversight of lab services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Experience with cGMP, GLP, ISO standards, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
• Strong ability to drive CAPA, investigations, and data integrity in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance function for laboratory services across multiple regions.
• Oversee QA review and approval of protocols, reports, SOPs, and CAPAs.
• Ensure data integrity through ALCOA+ principles and electronic systems.
• Manage investigations of deviations, OOS/OOT, and validation issues.
• Maintain readiness for customer audits, regulatory inspections, and certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality metrics.
