Qualifications

• Experience demonstrated with monitoring, controlling, or maintaining quality of products or services.
• Ability to establish process measurement points and apply statistical techniques.
• Experience applying QA methods (statistical analysis, sampling, data analysis) to evaluate data and contractor compliance.
• Experience investigating defective material and initiating corrective action with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Independently audit surveillance of contractor processes to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and implement a surveillance plan with objectives and a master schedule.
• Apply QA knowledge to investigate and ensure corrective action on complex quality problems.
• Use statistical analysis, control and sampling, and data evaluation to assess compliance.
• Ensure contractor compliance with design, manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and modernization requirements.
