Job summary

AWS Industries (AWSI) PXT is seeking a Principal Program Manager to drive centralized PM support, strategic initiatives, and process improvements across AWSI PXT teams in Seattle. You will identify, develop, and integrate innovative PXT projects and programs while leading critical cadences and ensuring scale.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on employee engagement, workforce strategies, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with HR leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements using data to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive AWSI PXT operations including goals, intake, project sizing, quarterly planning and reporting.
• Identify and lead global/regional projects across AWSI PXT.
• Collaborate with central AWS PXT PM office for alignment and timely updates.
• Serve as advisor/resource for AWSI PXT projects with HRBPs and Partner teams.
