Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Manager, Pharmacovigilance to lead global PV projects, guide teams, and ensure compliance across trials. You will oversee timelines, quality, budgets, and staffing while promoting patient safety and regulatory excellence.

This REMOTE role welcomes US-based candidates. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across time zones, mentor staff, participate in audits, and help advance pharmacovigilance practices within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years global pharmacovigilance experience supporting pre-approval trials across multiple phases.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 2 years in a mentorship/people leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial safety processes, pharmacovigilance regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, adverse event assessment, and safety database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacovigilance projects and ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
• Manage delivery against timelines, quality expectations, and budgeted scope.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to promote high performance.
• Identify and resolve study, staff, or operational issues to support outcomes.
• Maintain expertise in global safety regulations and reporting requirements.
