Job summary

Kumho Tire Georgia is seeking a bilingual Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing, inventory management, supplier coordination, and international shipping activities. You will ensure materials and supplies are available for production while maintaining accurate purchasing records and coordinating with suppliers, freight brokers, Finance, and HQ.

You will create and process POs in SAP, monitor inventory, and support import documentation and supplier audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
0–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
International purchasing/import/export experience preferred.
Manufacturing purchasing experience preferred.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders based on production needs and inventory levels.
Monitor raw material and supply inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
Coordinate purchasing with Production, Finance, and HQ teams and external suppliers.
Enter purchasing and invoice data in SAP/ERP systems.
Manage international procurement documents including L/Cs and BOLs.
Support supplier audits, evaluations, and performance reviews.
Negotiate pricing and assist in contract development.
Maintain purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
