Job summary

Essense of Australia is seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our Osborne Park team and support timely delivery of gowns to customers worldwide. You will coordinate purchase orders, factory shipments and inventory movements, working closely with international suppliers and internal teams.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Perth. You will monitor orders, identify potential delays, and ensure accurate information is maintained across our systems, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and international suppliers.
• Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as AP21, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders with overseas factory partners.
• Monitor order and delivery schedules, proactively communicating delays or risks to key stakeholders.
• Respond to order enquiries and assist with resolving discrepancies, late orders and product returns.
• Coordinate factory shipments and ensure import and export documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Process goods receipts and resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory movements in the ERP system.
• Support warehouse stocktakes and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing and supply chain processes.
