Job summary

Essense of Australia is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our global Supply Chain team at the Osborne Park office. The role focuses on forecasting, inventory availability and aligning supply with business needs in a full-time, on-site capacity.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing to drive accurate demand forecasts and strategic stock decisions, while embracing ambiguity and delivering clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in demand planning or similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data insights into business actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive in improving processes and ways of working.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Review historical sales trends to develop demand forecasts.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and review accuracy.
• Interpret data to identify risks, opportunities and actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Drive fabric forecasting for timely material purchasing.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to align production with demand.
• Develop inventory strategies and monitor global risks.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling and Purchasing for new products.
• Review factory capacity and adjust stock order strategies.
