The role requires 10+ years in pharma, strong leadership, and a track record in pre-launch and launch activities, market access, and strategic initiatives. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 3 years in pre-launch & launch activities, inline marketing, market access, or sales management/training.
• Ability to handle multiple demands, lead teams, gain alignment and drive decisions.
• Ability to shape asset strategy with R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; capable of handling complexity.
