Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of global procurement processes, RFP frameworks, and contracting.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen; familiarity with pricing and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and submission of bids, RFPs, and tender responses for global security opportunities.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure proposals are submitted on time and to a high standard.
• Write, review, and edit proposal content for messaging, branding, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a bid library of templates, case studies, and standard content.
• Partner with sales, operations, pricing analysts, finance, and HR to gather information for proposals.
