You will coordinate with sales, pricing, operations and legal to craft compliant, competitive proposals that win business and strengthen client relationships. The role requires 5–8 years in bid management or related fields, a bachelor's degree, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in bid management or proposal writing.
• Experience with government and enterprise contracting.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids, RFPs, and tender responses for global security opportunities.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for on-time submissions.
• Write, review, and edit proposal content for messaging, branding, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a bid library of templates and case studies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, pricing, finance, and HR to gather information.
• Support bid pricing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Facilitate bid reviews and presentations to senior leadership.
• Engage with external partners and subcontractors for joint bids.
• Monitor opportunities in government and private sectors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide insights on win/loss and drive bid-process improvements.
• Lead and mentor proposal coordinators/writers as needed.
• Establish best practices for bid management and document control.
• Drive innovation in proposal design and storytelling.
