• Expertise in programme/project management with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influence capability.
• Experience defining business strategies and influencing stakeholders.
• Networking/consulting skills with internal/external links.
• Ability to translate technical information to business language aligned with AstraZeneca.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and improvements across Site Management & Monitoring from inception to global deployment.
• Report to Global Head of Site Management & Monitoring and manage delivery within time, cost, quality, scope, benefits, and risk tolerances.
• Liaise with portfolio, programme and partner teams to ensure alignment and inform senior stakeholders.
• Prepare baseline management products, project plans, and governance artefacts.
• Establish robust reporting and control mechanisms for data-informed governance.
• Lead and empower the project management team and foster quality and compliance standards.
• Identify and elevate risks, steward benefits, and adapt to protect outcomes.
• Support global initiatives and contribute to PM standards and knowledge sharing.
