A service-disabled veteran-owned small business is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support the CBP Office of Facilities and Asset Management. The role involves developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years in project scheduling, and proficiency in scheduling software. This role includes extensive responsibilities in project management across various US states, contributing to vital government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline or 10 years equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls principles.
• Ability to pass DHS security clearance to obtain Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card.
• Flexible to work on site in various US border states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using network analysis.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Perform delay impact analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in schedule integration for multiple projects.
• Prepare schedule-related reports for project oversight.
