Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline or 10 years equivalent construction experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and project controls principles.
Ability to pass DHS security clearance to obtain Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card.
Flexible to work on site in various US border states.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using network analysis.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Perform delay impact analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate schedule updates with project managers and stakeholders.
Assist in schedule integration for multiple projects.
