Job summary

A service-driven construction management firm is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler in Baltimore, MD. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of scheduling experience, be proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management. This position requires the ability to pass a security clearance for access to certain sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls principles.
• Ability to pass DHS security clearance for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using critical path methodology.
• Track milestones and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project managers and stakeholders.
